Back to work today. I’ve been off of work for almost two full weeks, so I knew today would not be easy. I hit snooze multiple times, so I didn’t have a great start to my morning. At the end of the day, I got frustrated with my daughter and raised my voice. Ugh. I am bummed that I couldn’t even make it one day! But I am a work in progress. Tomorrow is a new day.
The good news is I tracked my food and pushed myself during my workout. Yay! Did I eat nutritiously all day? Nope. But I tracked it all. As far as my eating is concerned, at this point, I just want to be more mindful of what I eat. Tracking allows me to do that. I love the LoseIt app for food journaling. I just signed up for the premium plan. It allows me to track my sleep, water intake, and it will give me insights on how I’m doing.
More good news – tomorrow is Friday!
